The APPs are provided by SoftGuard and are intended for use as is.
This product has been designed for the exclusive use as a complementary tool for remote alarm monitoring systems.
This implies that if you have not contracted this service from your alarm monitoring company and have been specifically
instructed to download this application on your cell phone, the application you are about to acquire WILL NOT HAVE ANY USE.
This means that it will not accomplish its objective, which is to provide the tools required for producing an early
alert when facing specific events (preconfigured as such by the clients); always to third parties, unrelated to
the developer and titleholder of this application.
The above declaration is of essential importance considering this application is a tool which links its user
with a physical or judicial person providing a remote monitoring service of the events defined and activated
by the user (Among those named below), If the latter does not exist, the event will not be received nor answered by anyone.
This makes the event impossible to answer. Hence, the user of this application will not be assisted when an event is sent.
This App is meant to be downloaded only once and perpetually. Whoever downloads the App, will do so directly from the application
store corresponding to the operating system of the smartphone. Once downloaded, lifetime access to improvements update downloads
with will be granted free of charge.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The developer and titleholder of this application, limits his responsibility EXCLUSIVELY to the proper operation of the application.
He is not directly nor indirectly responsible for the operation the connections used by the smartphone (Internet, Intranet, Telephone systems, etc.)
In the same way, the developer and titleholder of this application is not responsible for any actions or omissions attributable to the remote alarm
monitoring company chosen by the user or client. The indication of those which are liable for articulation of this application is put in effect simply
by possessing compatible event management systems which are compatible with the functions of the prior. However, this cannot be interpreted as an extension
of the responsibility of such companies in respect to the developer and titleholder of this application
COMPATIBILITY WITH EVENT MONITORING COMPANIES:
For this application to work properly, the buyer must be a customer of an alarm receiving center that has the SoftGuard system, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APPLICATION as it will not work or fulfill its purpose.
ACCESS TO YOUR LOCATION:
This security app has the function of accessing your location (as long as the user accepts the access permissions to your location).
This function, if the user activates it, will allow to obtain the location of the device, either with the app in the background, if it is open, or closed.
In this way the central alarm receiver can help when the user needs it. This function is of vital importance since when sending an emergency event by the user,
the location of the user will be sent so that the security service provider can locate it and provide the corresponding assistance. When sending an event, the
user can view the location sent to the monitoring center.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE:
If you choose to use our APP, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that
the central alarm collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at APP unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information (For example your telephone number and your Name). The information that we request will be
retained by the central alarm and used as described in this privacy policy.

Este producto ha sido diseñado para uso exclusivo como herramienta complementaria para sistemas de monitoreo de alarmas remoto. Esto significa que, si no ha contratado este servicio con su compañía de monitoreo de alarmas y ha sido instruido para descargar esta aplicación en su teléfono móvil, la aplicación que esta por adquirir NO TENDRA NINGUN USO.
Esto significa que no cumplirá con su objetivo de proveer las herramientas requeridas para producir una alerta temprana ante ciertos eventos (preconfigurados por los clientes); siempre a terceros, ajenos al desarrollador y titular de la aplicación.
La declaración anterior es de esencial importancia, considerando que esta aplicación es una herramienta que vincula a su usuario con una persona física o jurídica que presta un servicio de monitoreo remoto de los eventos definidos y activados por el usuario. En caso de no existir, el evento no será recibido ni contestado. Esta aplicación está pensada para ser descargada una sola vez y perpetuamente. Quien descargue la app, lo hará directamente desde la tienda de aplicaciones correspondiente a su sistema operativo. Una vez descargada, tendrá un acceso de por vida a las varias actualizaciones de esta.
LIMITACION DE LA RESPONSABILIDAD:
El desarrollador y titular de esta aplicación, limita su responsabilidad EXCLUSIVAMENTE al correcto funcionamiento de la aplicación. Este no se hará responsable directa o indirectamente del funcionamiento de las conexiones utilizadas por el smartphone. Del mismo modo, el desarrollador y titular de esta aplicación no es responsable de las acciones u omisiones atribuibles a la empresa de monitoreo elegida por el usuario o cliente. La indicación de los responsables de la articulación de esta aplicación se hace efectiva simplemente por poseer sistemas de gestión de eventos compatibles con las funciones de la anterior. Sin embargo, esto no puede interpretarse como una extensión de la responsabilidad de dichas empresas respecto al desarrollador y titular de esta aplicación.
COMPATIBILIDAD CON EMPRESAS DE GESTION DE EVENTOS:
Para que esta aplicación funcione correctamente, el comprador debe ser cliente de una central receptora de alarmas que disponga del sistema SoftGuard. NO DESCARGUE ESTA APLICACION ya que no funcionara ni cumplirá su cometido.
ACCESO A SU UBICACION:
Esta app de seguridad tiene la función de acceder a su ubicación (siempre y cuando el usuario acepte los permisos de acceso a su ubicación). Esta función, si es activada por el usuario, permitirá obtener la ubicación del dispositivo, ya sea con la app en segundo plano, abierta, o cerrada. De esta manera, la central de alarmas es capaz de ayudar al usuario cuando sea necesario. Esta función es de vital importancia ya que, al enviar un evento de emergencia, se enviará la ubicación del usuario para que el proveedor de servicios de seguridad pueda localizarlo y prestarle la ayuda correspondiente. Al enviar un evento, el usuario puede ver la ubicación enviada al centro de monitoreo.
RECOPILACION Y USO DE LA INFORMACION
Si decide utilizar nuestra aplicación, entonces acepta la recopilación y el uso de información en relación con esta política. La información personal que la central de alarmas recoge se utiliza para proporcionar y mejorar el servicio. No utilizaremos ni compartiremos su información con nadie, excepto como se describe en esta Política de Privacidad. Para una mejor experiencia, al utilizad nuestro servicio, podemos pedirle que nos proporcione cierta información de identificación personal (como su número de teléfono y nombre). La información que solicitemos será retenida por la central de alarmas y utilizada como se describe en esta Política de Privacidad.
