WEB DESKTOP AUTHORITY REPORT

The events that enter the central system will be forwarded and addressed to the competent authorities or to secondary monitoring centers (sub-stations). The information received in the remote terminals through the Desktop Web system is detailed. Any action executed by the remote operator will be recorded for subsequent control.

CRM DESKTOP – SALES AND PROMOTION

An integral customer relationship management that build marketing campaigns, tracking sales, prospects, quotes, price lists, offers, mailing, schedule meetings and sales visits. Its main goals are: to attract and win new customers, retain current customers, attract old customers and reduce marketing and customer service costs.

 

MONEYGUARD – BILLING AND COLLECTIONS

Automatically generates the issuance of invoices or fiscal notes for the services provided to the customer. It is possible to filter by subscriber or dealer ranges, groups or by account type based on rates according to each client’s contract. With this system, collections are tracked, indicating the status of current accounts, credits, services collected and receivable, delinquency reports, even with notification to the monitoring central operator.

MONITORING

This module is a general screen of coordination between operators that will display all the events that enter the system with assignable filters. Additionally, the module announces verbally all the events configured for it (i.e. priority). TRACKGUARD – VEHICLES, PEOPLE AND PETS GPS MONITORING

This module allows the tracking of different GPS devices and links them to the customer’s accounts. It is also possible to display the positioning in cartography, issue historical position reports with different filters (by device, between dates, etc.), display graphic historical tours, incorporate photographs and data of the device, group by fleets/client, among others.

VIDEO VERIFICACIÓN

Diseñado para integrar video y audio a los eventos de alarma recibidos en la estación central de manera simple e intuitiva, a requerimiento del operador o simplemente siguiendo rutinas de verificación o control periódico.

LOGGER – CALL RECORDING

All outgoing and incoming calls will be digitalized and recorded to hard disk. The system links the call to the subscriber’s account so that it is possible to search and filter by date, time, incoming/outgoing telephone number, subscriber and/or operator’s comments, etc. All hardware needed for audio capture is provided along with the module.

TECHNICAL SERVICE

DEALER DESKTOP WEB ACCESS – WHOLESALE MONITORING

Comprehensive management to provide wholesale alarm events monitoring service. It allows the territorial expansion of your business, ensuring your Dealers the accounts maintenance and management. Includes enabling / disabling / and accounts edition according to user profile. Historical alarms reports and operators performance audit by the monitoring central manager.

DEALER WEB ACCESS MOBILE VIEW

Gives access to the Dealers through smartphones and tablets pcs to the information of their subscribers within the system. The Dealer will be able to visualize the complete data of the clients such as: address, telephone numbers, zones, contacts and the received events history. It is an easy and practical tool for the Dealer; providing portability to its management and immediate audit.

CORPORATE CLIENT WEB ACCESS

This module has been specially designed to give residential and corporate clients their accounts control. It grants users access to their alarm system’s information. The clients will be able to log in, select an account and display data such as: address, telephone numbers, contacts, zones, latest events received, notifications by SMS, status of technical services, etc. It is possible also to request videos and calls recordings.
