Smartphones provide a wide variety of possibilities as personal emergency notification devices. Therefore, this new SoftGuard module called SmartPanics allows you to increase the individual protection of your clients at the very moment that something that must be operated at the monitoring station happens to them.

It is an application for smartphones that protects your customers 24/7 hours, wherever you are by connecting to your monitoring company. While the monitoring center attends the emergency  event by assisting the customer, the system automatically notifies their relatives through E-mail - SMS  and Push Notifications. It allows sending Emergency, Assistance or Fire events and reporting the exact of it location to the monitoring center.

SmartPanics has 4 buttons for sending alarm events, located on the main screen:

- SOS / Panic: Sends a panic event to the monitoring center.

- Fire: Sends a fire event to the monitoring center.

- Assistance: Sends an assistance request or medical alarm event to the monitoring center.

- on the Road: Sends a delayed SOS event to the monitoring center.


Multimedia Security

With the alarm in progress sending , the SmartPanics APP allows the end user to perform several multimedia functions to communicate with the Monitoring Center.

· Send images captured with the smartphone camera.

· Attach an audio note.

· Email sending from a preset email account.

· Make one touch calls (automatic).

· Record a video and send it.

· Send text messages to the monitoring center.
